Merlins Roost is on the first floor of a stone and slate Cornish house. All rooms look seaward with spectacular views of King Arthur's Castle Island, and miles of sea including three light houses. The entire apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and consists of a large double bedroom affording stunning views from the bay window. The lounge/dining area has double aspect windows overlooking the castle and the sea. It is equipped with Freeview TV, and DVD player.The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave cooker. The bathroom consists of a large shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

The coast path is just 50 yards from the property and Tintagel's shops, restaurants pubs and amenities are just 800 yards away. Tintagel is within easy reach of sandy beaches, coastal footpaths, sea fishing, horse riding and golf courses. It is near Bodmin Moor and Boscastle. The Eden project is just 45 minutes away by car.
The lawned area and car park at the back are shared with Merlins Den. Laundry room & garden area shared with Merlins Den. Hair dryer, straightners and curling tongs supplied. Travel Cot available on request.
